VfC is producing a video film on the biography of V.S.Azariah, the first Indian Bishop.
Azariah was a dynamic leader, a hard core evangelist, a die-hard missionary, and a multi-faceted personality.
When he stepped into Dornakal mission field in South India in the year 1904
the number of Christians there was around 8000 and towards the end of his zealous work,
in the year 1945, the number of Christians was around 240000 –
a phenomenon which the Christian world should study to see what God can do through a humble mortal man –
like you & me.
The exhaustive research for this period film is almost complete. The inspiring life of Bishop Azariah is sure to challenge the church at large and the youth in particular & motivate them to serve the Lord with all sincerity.
